A delicious breakfast-style burrito without the carbs—wrapped in a keto tortilla or egg wrap and filled with sausage, eggs, and cheese.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 keto tortillas (or egg wraps / low-carb tortillas)
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ lb (225 g) breakfast sausage
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Optional toppings: diced avocado, jalapeños, salsa (sugar-free)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook sausage until browned and fully cooked.
    • Break it into small pieces.
  2. Make creamy scrambled eggs
    • In a bowl whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
    • Melt butter in a pan and cook eggs slowly, stirring until soft and fluffy.
  3. Combine filling
    • Mix sausage with scrambled eggs.
    • Stir in cream cheese (optional) and shredded cheddar until melted.
  4. Assemble burritos
    • Warm keto tortillas.
    • Divide the sausage-egg mixture between them.
    • Add optional toppings.
  5. Wrap and toast (optional)
    • Roll into burritos.
    • Toast in a skillet 1–2 minutes for a crispy outside.
