Keto Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs 🍔🧄🧀
These low-carb “bombs” are cheesy, garlicky, and filled with juicy burger meat—perfect for keto meals or snacks.
Ingredients
For the Filling
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ketchup (sugar-free for strict keto)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Dough
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- Âľ cup almond flour
- 1 egg
Garlic Parmesan Topping
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Cook the beef
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef.
- Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard.
- Cook until browned, then remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese.
- Make the keto dough
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese.
- Microwave for about 60–90 seconds, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add almond flour and egg, then mix until a dough forms.
- Form the bombs
- Divide dough into 8 pieces.
- Flatten each piece into a circle.
- Add 1–2 tbsp beef mixture in the center.
- Fold dough around filling and seal into a ball.
- Bake
- Place balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Garlic Parmesan topping
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parmesan, and parsley.
- Brush over the hot bombs right after baking.
