WW Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

Overview

This easy casserole gives you all the flavors of classic pizza — melty cheese, zesty sauce, and pepperoni — but in a lighter, WW-friendly version. Great for family dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked whole wheat pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup tomato or pizza sauce (no added sugar)
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • ¼ cup sliced turkey pepperoni (about 16–20 slices)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and half of the cheese.
  3. Add vegetables and stir to combine.
  4. Transfer mixture to the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Arrange turkey pepperoni slices evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
