WW Chocolate Mug Cake

Overview

A quick, single-serving chocolate treat that’s soft, rich, and ready in just 2 minutes. Perfect when you’re craving dessert but want to stay within your WW plan.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1½ tbsp sugar (or 1 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener)
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil (or melted light butter)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: a few mini chocolate chips or a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a small microwave-safe mug, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and no lumps remain.
  3. Microwave for 60–80 seconds, depending on your microwave power.
  4. Let it rest for 1 minute before eating (it continues to cook slightly).
  5. Optional: Top with a dollop of fat-free whipped cream or fresh berries.
