  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning (or ranch dressing)
  • 6–8 keto tortillas (or cheese wraps)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • Optional: chopped green onions

  1. Prepare the filling
    In a bowl mix:
    • shredded chicken
    • crumbled bacon
    • cream cheese
    • cheddar and mozzarella
    • ranch seasoning
    • green onions (optional)
    Stir until well combined.
  2. Fill the tortillas
    • Spoon 2–3 tbsp filling across each keto tortilla.
    • Roll tightly into a taquito shape.
  3. Prepare for baking
    • Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    • Brush lightly with melted butter or oil.
