Ingredients:
Garlic naan bread (store-bought or homemade)
Tomato purée or pizza sauce
Vegetable oil
Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Tomatoes, thinly sliced
Optional: chili peppers for added spice
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
In a small bowl, mix together the tomato purée or pizza sauce with a bit of vegetable oil to create a spreadable consistency. Adjust the ratio to your preference for thickness and flavor.
Place the garlic naan bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or directly on a pizza stone if you have one.
Spread the tomato purée mixture evenly over the surface of the garlic naan, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
Sprinkle the shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Arrange the sliced mushrooms, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, tomatoes, and any other toppings you desire over the cheese.
If you like your pizza spicy, you can add thinly sliced chili peppers on top.
Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 6 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the naan are golden brown.
Once done, carefully remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two before slicing.
Slice the pizza into wedges or squares and serve hot.
Enjoy your delicious homemade garlic naan pizza! Feel free to customize the toppings according to your preferences and get creative with flavors.
