2 slices of bread (white, brown, or multigrain)
1 tablespoon butter (softened)
½ cup shredded mozzarella or 2 cheese slices
1 large tomato, sliced

Instructions:
Prepare the Bread:
Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
