- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning (or ranch dressing)
- 6–8 keto tortillas (or cheese wraps)
- 1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
- Optional: chopped green onions

- Prepare the filling
In a bowl mix:- shredded chicken
- crumbled bacon
- cream cheese
- cheddar and mozzarella
- ranch seasoning
- green onions (optional)
- Fill the tortillas
- Spoon 2–3 tbsp filling across each keto tortilla.
- Roll tightly into a taquito shape.
- Prepare for baking
- Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush lightly with melted butter or oil.

- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes
