Ingredients:-

  • 24 ounces Frozen Peas thawed
  • 1/2 Red Onion diced
  • 6 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions:-

  1. In a large bowl, combine thawed peas and mayo.
  2. Add onion, bacon and cheese. Stir well so that everything is evenly mixed and coated.
  3. Stir in salt and pepper.
  4. Garnish with additional bacon crumbles, if desired.
