  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp cold butter, cubed
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (for buttermilk flavor)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional but recommended)
