Ingredients:

  • 3–4 roasted jalapeños (seeded for mild, leave seeds for spicy)
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Roast the Jalapeños:
    • Place jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast under the broiler (or on a grill) until skins are blistered and charred.
    • Peel off the skin, remove stems and seeds (if desired), then chop roughly.
  2. Blend or Mix:
    • In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine roasted jalapeños, cream cheese, white cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
    • Blend or beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust Taste:
    • Taste and adjust seasoning or spice level. Add more cheddar for richness or another roasted jalapeño for extra heat.
