Ingredients (1 serving):
  • 100g cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 5–6 turkey pepperoni slices (optional)
  • Italian seasoning, garlic powder, chili flakes (to taste)
  • Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In an oven-safe bowl or ramekin, layer chicken, veggies, and sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella, Parmesan, and your favorite seasonings.
  4. Top with turkey pepperoni (if using).
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy hot!
