Mix 1 container of sugar-free Cool Whip with 1 box of sugar-free chocolate pudding mix and fold in 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips. Pop in the freezer!! Mine came out like rich chocolate mousse ice cream!! I added a few sliced strawberries on top — because it feels fancy and still totally guilt-free.

6 Tbsp serving = sweet, creamy, and protein-friendly!
