🧾 Ingredients

  • 2¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm water
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (for yeast — optional)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt (for topping)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Activate yeast

  • In a bowl, mix warm water, honey, and yeast.
  • Rest 5 minutes until foamy.

2️⃣ Make dough

  • Add flour, salt, 2 tbsp olive oil.
  • Mix until sticky dough forms.

3️⃣ First rise

  • Transfer dough to a well-oiled pan (9×13 or cast iron).
  • Cover and let rise 1–1½ hours until doubled.

4️⃣ Add cheese

  • Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
  • Dimple dough with fingers.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, rosemary, and flaky salt.

5️⃣ Bake

  • Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 22–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
