High-Protein, Low-Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl
– All the flavor, none of the guilt!
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 100g cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 5–6 turkey pepperoni slices (optional)
- Italian seasoning, garlic powder, chili flakes (to taste)
- Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In an oven-safe bowl or ramekin, layer chicken, veggies, and sauce.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, Parmesan, and your favorite seasonings.
- Top with turkey pepperoni (if using).
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy hot!
