🧀 Ingredients:
4–6 slices reduced-fat mozzarella or WW reduced-fat cheese slices (1 point each on most plans)
8–12 slices turkey pepperoni (~1 point per 10 slices)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
Zero Point marinara (see below)
🍅 Zero Point Marinara (Quick DIY):
Mix together:
½ cup crushed tomatoes (no added sugar)
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat gently in a saucepan or microwave.
🔥 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Arrange cheese slices on the sheet, spaced apart.
Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning and chili flakes.
Place 2 turkey pepperoni slices on each.
Bake for 5–6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges begin to brown.
Let cool just until safe to handle — still pliable.
Roll up gently and let set.
Serve warm with zero-point marinara or eat plain!
💡 WW Tips:
Use part-skim cheese to keep the points low.
Avoid pre-shredded cheese (often has more fat & additives).
Make a big batch and reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
