Ingredients:

  • 4-6 sausages (pork or chicken, your choice)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  3. Place sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  4. Brush with honey garlic glaze.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Brush with remaining glaze halfway.
  7. Garnish with parsley (if using).

Tips:

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temp: 160°F (71°C) for pork, 165°F (74°C) for chicken.
  • For extra caramelization, broil for 2-3 minutes.
