Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup diced dill pickles
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional add-ins: diced jalapeños, pepperoni bits, ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, pickles, olives, and green onions.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Chill 30 minutes for best flavor (or serve immediately).

Optional Baked Version

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread dip in a baking dish, top with extra cheese.
  3. Bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
