- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella

Instructions
1. Cook the beef
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef.

Drain excess grease and set aside.
2. Sauté vegetables
