Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Β½ cup sugar-free cherry pie filling or
    • Β½ cup chopped fresh or frozen cherries + 1 tbsp powdered sweetener + 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp sugar-free cherry gelatin powder (for stronger cherry flavor)

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add sweetener and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in cherry filling (and gelatin powder if using).
  6. Chill 30–60 minutes before serving.
