Ingredients (Serves 4)

Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets (5–6 oz each)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Keto Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free sweet chili sauce (or sriracha + keto sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to heat)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1–2 tsp powdered erythritol or monk-fruit, to taste

Optional Garnish

  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

Oven Method (Recommended)

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake 12–15 minutes until flaky.
  4. Mix all Bang Bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
  5. Spoon sauce over salmon and broil 2–3 minutes until lightly caramelized.

Air Fryer Option

  • Cook salmon at 200°C / 400°F for 8–10 minutes
  • Brush with sauce and air-fry 1–2 minutes more
