- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks (or cheddar sticks)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying (or cooking spray for baking/air fryer)

- Wrap the cheese
- Place a cheese stick on a slice of ham.
- Roll the ham tightly around the cheese.
- Prepare coating
- Beat the egg in a bowl.
- In another bowl mix almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
