🧾 Ingredients

  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks (or cheddar sticks)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (or cooking spray for baking/air fryer)

  1. Wrap the cheese
    • Place a cheese stick on a slice of ham.
    • Roll the ham tightly around the cheese.
  2. Prepare coating
    • Beat the egg in a bowl.
    • In another bowl mix almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the sticks
    • Dip each ham roll in the egg, then coat in the almond flour mixture.

    • Cook 7–9 minutes until crispy.

    • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes.
