🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 oz cream cheese
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ cup spinach (optional)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

- Sauté garlic
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add broth and chicken
- Pour in chicken broth and add shredded chicken.
- Stir in onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Make it creamy
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
- Pour in heavy cream and mix well.
- Add vegetables
- Stir in spinach and cook 2–3 minutes until wilted.
- Finish the soup
