- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 tbsp sugar-free sweet chili sauce (or sriracha + keto sweetener)
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to heat)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1–2 tsp powdered erythritol or monk-fruit, to taste

Instructions
