🍓 Keto Strawberry Cheesecake “Wonton” Bites
Ingredients
Keto Wonton Wrappers
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella (low-moisture)
- 2 oz cream cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder (omit for sweet version)
- 1 egg yolk
Cheesecake Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry Topping
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, finely diced
- 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp lemon juice
For Frying or Baking
- Avocado oil (for frying)
or - Butter or avocado oil spray (for baking)
Instructions
1. Make the Keto Wonton Dough
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (microwave 45–60 sec).
- Stir in almond flour and egg yolk until a dough forms.
- Knead between parchment until smooth.
- Roll thin and cut into 3-inch squares.
2. Prepare Filling
- Mix cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix strawberries, sweetener, and lemon juice.
3. Assemble
- Place 1 tsp cheesecake filling in center of each square.
- Add ½ tsp strawberries on top.
- Fold like a wonton and pinch edges closed.
4. Cook
Air Fryer (Best)
- 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping once.
Oven
- 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, until golden.
Pan Fry
- Fry in shallow oil 1–2 min per side until crisp.
Optional Keto Sugar Dust
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Dust lightly before serving.
