π§ Ingredients:
4β6 slices reduced-fat mozzarella or WW reduced-fat cheese slices (1 point each on most plans)
8β12 slices turkey pepperoni (~1 point per 10 slices)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
Zero Point marinara (see below)

Zero Point Marinara (Quick DIY):
Mix together:
Β½ cup crushed tomatoes (no added sugar)
ΒΌ tsp garlic powder
ΒΌ tsp onion powder
Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat gently in a saucepan or microwave.
π₯ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Arrange cheese slices on the sheet, spaced apart.
Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning and chili flakes.
Place 2 turkey pepperoni slices on each.
Bake for 5β6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges begin to brown.
Let cool just until safe to handle β still pliable.
Roll up gently and let set.
Serve warm with zero-point marinara or eat plain!
