✅ 1. Make the Dough

Cut in the cold butter with a fork or pastry cutter until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add milk, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
Flatten slightly into round biscuit shapes.
