Ingredients

For the beef filling:

  • 1 lb shaved steak or very thinly sliced beef
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4–6 slices provolone cheese

For the roll-up “wrap”:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • (Optional) 1 tbsp grated parmesan

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the keto wraps

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blend eggs, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet (spread it thin and even).
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  5. Let cool slightly, then cut into 4 rectangular “tortillas.”

2. Cook the Philly filling

  1. Heat butter in a skillet.
  2. Add onions, peppers, and mushrooms; sauté until soft.
  3. Add beef, garlic powder, salt and pepper; cook until browned.
  4. Lay provolone slices on top and let melt slightly.
  5. Remove from heat.

3. Assemble & Roll

  1. Place a portion of the cheesy beef mixture onto each wrap.
  2. Roll tightly like a burrito.
  3. Optional: Pan-sear roll-ups for 1–2 minutes per side for crispy edges.

Serve With

  • Side salad
  • Cauliflower rice
  • Roasted broccoli
  • Keto garlic sauce or spicy mayo
