Here’s an easy, cheesy, fluffy Keto Garlic Bread that tastes AMAZING and takes only 15–20 minutes!

Ingredients

For the Bread

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

Garlic Butter Topping

  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (or ½ tsp dried)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional but highly recommended)

🔥 Instructions

1. Make the Fathead Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave bowl, melt mozzarella + cream cheese in 20–30 sec bursts until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Mix until dough forms (use hands; it’s sticky but comes together).

2. Shape the Bread

  1. Place dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Press into a flat oval or circle, about ½ inch thick.
  3. Use a knife to gently score lines (makes pull-apart pieces).

3. Add Garlic Butter

  1. Mix melted butter + garlic + parsley + parmesan.
  2. Brush generously over the dough.

4. Bake

  • Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Add mozzarella on top before baking for extra cheesy pull-apart bread.
  • Sprinkle chili flakes for a spicy version.
  • Replace almond flour with coconut flour (use only ¼ cup).
