For the Bread
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
Garlic Butter Topping
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (or ½ tsp dried)
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional but highly recommended)
🔥 Instructions
1. Make the Fathead Dough
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave bowl, melt mozzarella + cream cheese in 20–30 sec bursts until smooth.
- Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Mix until dough forms (use hands; it’s sticky but comes together).
2. Shape the Bread
- Place dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Press into a flat oval or circle, about ½ inch thick.
- Use a knife to gently score lines (makes pull-apart pieces).
3. Add Garlic Butter
- Mix melted butter + garlic + parsley + parmesan.
- Brush generously over the dough.
4. Bake
