INGREDIENTS
For the Keto “Tortillas”:
Use large keto tortillas (8–10 inch) such as:
- Egglife wraps, CutDaCarb, or homemade almond flour tortillas.
(You need 2 large wraps + 2 small ones, OR cut small circles from extra wraps.)
For the Crunch Layer:
Choose ONE keto crunchy option:
- 2 large Parmesan crisps
- 2–3 keto tortilla chips
- A handful of pork rinds (super crunchy!)
Beef Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning (sugar-free)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup water
Cheese Layer:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Creamy Layer:
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup sugar-free salsa
- ¼ cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook the Beef
- Brown ground beef in a skillet.
- Drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning + water.
- Simmer 3 minutes until thick.
2. Set Up Your Crunch Wrap Station
On a flat surface, lay down a large keto tortilla.
In the center, layer in this order:
