🥦 Keto Creamy Broccoli Bake
Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika (optional)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan (optional topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
- Steam or microwave broccoli until just tender (don’t overcook).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream + cream cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and sauce becomes creamy.
- Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika.
- Add cheddar and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add broccoli into the sauce and toss to coat.
- Transfer to the baking dish, top with mozzarella + parmesan.
- Bake 18–20 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
