🥦 Keto Creamy Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
  2. Steam or microwave broccoli until just tender (don’t overcook).
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
  4. Add heavy cream + cream cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and sauce becomes creamy.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika.
  6. Add cheddar and stir until melted and smooth.
  7. Add broccoli into the sauce and toss to coat.
  8. Transfer to the baking dish, top with mozzarella + parmesan.
  9. Bake 18–20 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.

  • Cooked bacon pieces
  • Rotisserie chicken chunks
  • Mushrooms or spinach
  • A sprinkle of red pepper flakes
