KETO AIR-FRIED CRISPY CAULIFLOWER

Here is a super crispy, low-carb, Air-Fried Keto Cauliflower — crunchy on the outside, tender inside, and perfect as a side or snack!


KETO AIR-FRIED CRISPY CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients (4 servings)

Cauliflower:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil OR 1 tbsp melted butter

Keto “Crispy” Coating:

  • ½ cup crushed pork rinds (very fine, like breadcrumbs)
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Egg Wash:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream

Optional: sprinkle red pepper flakes or cayenne for heat.


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prep Cauliflower

  • Cut cauliflower into small florets.
  • Pat dry with paper towels (helps them get crisp).

2. Make Egg Wash

Whisk together:

  • Eggs
  • Heavy cream

3. Make Crispy Keto Coating

In a bowl, mix:

  • Crushed pork rinds
  • Almond flour
  • Parmesan
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt & pepper

4. Bread the Cauliflower

  1. Dip florets into egg wash.
  2. Toss in the crispy coating mixture.
  3. Press coating onto each piece so it sticks.

5. Air Fry

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Spray basket lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Place coated cauliflower in a single layer.
  4. Air fry 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Cook until golden, crunchy, and crisp.

(Depending on air fryer size, cook in batches)

  • Keto ranch
  • Spicy mayo
  • Sugar-free buffalo sauce
  • Garlic aioli
  • Low-carb marinara
