1 cup (250g) natural peanut butter (creamy)
Β½ cup (120g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 scoops (50β60g) vanilla or unflavored whey protein powder
1β2 tbsp powdered sweetener or honey (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2β3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (to adjust consistency)
Optional toppings/fillers:
Mini chocolate chips
Chopped nuts

In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla.
Mix until smooth.

Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until desired fluffiness/spreadable consistency is reached.
