🥦 Veggies:
1 small head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
8 oz (225g) mushrooms (sliced) – button or cremini work great
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)
Salt and pepper to taste
🍋 Optional Toppings:
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for heat)
Grated parmesan (for extra flavor)
🥄 Instructions
✅ 1. Prep the Veggies
Wash and dry the cauliflower and mushrooms.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower and mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
✅ 2. Air Fry
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the cauliflower and mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and slightly crispy and the mushrooms are tender.
✅ 3. Garnish and Serve
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley, red pepper flakes, and grated parmesan (if using).
