Ingredients

2 cups Self-Rising Flour
1 cup Greek Yogurt
3 teaspoons Olive Oil
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C).

Mix the Dough
In a medium bowl, add the self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, and olive oil.
Mix until a cohesive dough forms.
Knead the Dough
Place the dough on a floured surface.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Divide and Shape the Dough

Divide the dough into six equal wedges.
Roll each wedge into a ball, then use a rolling pin to flatten them into thin rounds.
Brush with Olive Oil
Brush each flatbread with olive oil on both sides.
Cook in the Air Fryer

Place the flatbreads in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 8 minutes at 330°F (165°C), flipping them halfway through the cooking time (after 4 minutes).
Wrap and Serve
Remove the flatbreads from the air fryer and wrap them in a clean kitchen towel.
This allows the residual heat to soften the flatbreads to a pillowy texture.

Repeat
Repeat the cooking process for the remaining flatbreads.
