Keto Ranch Meatballs

Here is a super easy, juicy, flavorful Keto Ranch Meatballs recipe — ranch-seasoned, cheesy, tender, and perfect for meal prep, parties, or weeknight dinners!


KETO RANCH MEATBALLS

Ingredients (makes 20–24 meatballs)

Meatball Mix:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 works best)
  • ½ lb ground pork (or use all beef)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup finely crushed pork rinds (keto breadcrumb)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar OR mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp dry ranch seasoning (homemade or store-bought, sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

For Cooking:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for pan sear)
    or use the oven / air fryer method below.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix the Meatballs

  1. In a large bowl, combine:
    • ground beef
    • ground pork
    • egg
    • crushed pork rinds
    • cheese
    • ranch seasoning
    • garlic & onion powder
    • salt & pepper
    • parsley
  2. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.
  3. Roll into 1–1.5 inch meatballs.

3 Cooking Options


A) Pan-Fry (best flavor!)

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add meatballs and cook 8–10 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
  3. Cover for the last 2–3 minutes to finish cooking through.

B) Oven Baked

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake 18–20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

C) Air Fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Air fry 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.

OPTIONAL RANCH DIP

Mix together:

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • Squeeze of lemon

Perfect for dipping the meatballs!
