- Β½ cup beef broth (or water)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Β½ tsp dried thyme
- Β½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Brown the beef:

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking apart with a spoon (5β7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed. - Add aromatics:

Add the chopped cabbage a handful at a time, stirring as it wilts.
