Ingredients (Makes 6 muffins)
🥣 For the Dough:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
🍕 Toppings:
1/2 cup pizza sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 slices pepperoni (or your favorite toppings)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Parmesan (optional)
🥄 Instructions
✅ 1. Make the Dough
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
Stir in milk and olive oil until a soft dough forms.
✅ 2. Shape and Assemble
Roll out the dough and cut it into circles (about 2.5 inches).
Press the dough circles into a greased muffin tin or silicone cups.
Add a spoonful of pizza sauce into each cup.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
Add 1–2 pepperoni slices to each muffin.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning (and Parmesan if using).
✅ 3. Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Place muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 6–8 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
✅ 4. Cool & Serve
Let them cool for a minute.
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping or enjoy as-is! 😍
