Crispy, cheesy, pizza-flavored snacks — ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Mini pepperoni (or chopped regular pepperoni)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place tablespoon-sized mounds of mozzarella on the sheet, spacing them apart.
  4. Add 2–3 mini pepperonis on top of each cheese mound.
  5. Bake 8–10 minutes, until edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Let them cool completely so they firm up into crunchy chips.

Optional (still keto!)

  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning or garlic powder
  • Serve with sugar-free marinara for dipping
