Crispy, cheesy, pizza-flavored snacks — ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Mini pepperoni (or chopped regular pepperoni)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place tablespoon-sized mounds of mozzarella on the sheet, spacing them apart.
- Add 2–3 mini pepperonis on top of each cheese mound.
- Bake 8–10 minutes, until edges are golden and crispy.
- Let them cool completely so they firm up into crunchy chips.
Optional (still keto!)
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning or garlic powder
- Serve with sugar-free marinara for dipping
