2 large chicken breasts (butterflied into 2β3 pieces each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter (melted)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning (or Italian seasoning)
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Prep the Chicken
Butterfly the chicken breasts into 2 or 3 thinner pieces, depending on size.
Lightly pound them to an even thickness.
Season both sides with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Coat with Parmesan
Brush one side of each piece with melted butter.
Press the Parmesan cheese onto the buttered side of the chicken to form a crust.

3. Air Fry
Preheat the air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
Place the chicken Parmesan side down in the basket.
Air fry for 6β8 minutes, flip, then cook for another 4β5 minutes or until the chicken is golden, crispy, and cooked through (internal temp 165Β°F/74Β°C).

Let it rest for a minute.
